If the Mayans are right then we have one last New Years to throw ourselves into a frenzy of celebration and hopefully appease the gods who doom us with an offering of sweat. The final countdown begins. We will swap the drums of ancient peoples for beats from urban jungles around the world. We will wake those powers who hold our fate in their hands with our rhythm to let them know that, here in Chicago, we know how to party.
The gray streets of Chicago will open to a primordial party deep in the Mayan Jungle where mysteries long lost will frolic with the denizens of our soiree. Medicine Men will have Juice from the Jungle to help you see beyond as wildlife and mystical creatures guide you through your experience. Night will turn to day and as we exit the jungle we will enter 2012 sure that if this was our last, than it was our best.
There is only one way into the jungle but many ways out…
