Three days rock music and smooth DJ vibes on the first Sofia INTRO!FESTIVAL
Sofia INTRO!FESTIVAL gathers international mega stars for the official opening of the music season.
Sofia INTRO!FESTIVAL marks the beginning of the new season with celebrations of music and fun. The festival will take place at the Park SITE, Sofia Airport Terminal 2.
During the Festival days, from 10th to 12th of May, we are all going to speak the same language – the language of the music. The first INTRO!FESTIVAL in Sofia presents a whole new concept of event making. We put the focus on the bands, the DJs and the music itself because music is what brings us together. Having two stages for two different styles of music is an adequate answer to the desire to give the audience a better music experience in a short time.
This year on the INTRO!FESTIVAL ground there will be a Rock Stage and a DJ Electronic Dance Stage.
On both stages of the festival huge international artists will perform for a first time in Eastern Europe. Among these names are: SUNRISE AVENUE (Finland), Eisbrecher (Germany), THE SLOT (Russia), H-Blockx (Germany), Mono Inc (Germany), Doomfoxx (Australia), QPD (Australia), DJ Sascha (Germany), Marcus Raute (Italy), Abnormal Boyz (Italy), Drunken Masters (Germany) and many more.
Among the Bulgarian bands who will be on the Rock stage are My Disorder, Jerihon, Maze, Shum, Doctors Gogo Band, Q-Check and many more. The Bulgarian electronic scene will be presented by the talented United Colors of Music trio Dr Feelgroove, Moevv and Deep Laid, the bright newcomer Gosh, DJ Malkavian feat DJ FANatic and etc. many more are about to be announced.
The festival doors will open at 14:00 pm and will close at 6:00 am for visitors. The official opening will start at 18:00 pm on the first day. All three after parties will be held in club RockIT, Sofia.
Shuttle busses will transport people in and out of the festival complex due to security parking regulations.
Sofia INTRO!FESTIVAL gаvе the oportunity to the audience to vote for a fair ticket price for the one day pass. The audience decided that one day pass will cost 50 BGN leva (approximately 25 euros). The price of the three day pass is 120 BGN leva (approximately 60 euros).
The concept of the festival is built around the idea of the larger universal meaning carried by the music. Along with the programs on the stages, Sofia INTRO!FESTIVAL has a social agenda too. The organization is taking the chance to carry a message to the world supporting I Can Too, Sofia Animal Rescue, Children’s Support Center and other.
Sofia INTRO!FESTIVAL is the first festival in Bulgaria that will donate money to support social organizations. That is why from each and every sold ticket 5 BGN leva will be donated to the social organization on the festival ground.
Tickets will be available for purchase online and in tickets stand all over Europe.
