Join Darkside Audio (DSA) artists and friends for an intimate all-night gathering with two truly gifted special guests, Dustin Zahn and Centrific. We prepared this special treat for Darkside's second local Colorado party. We hope you can join us!
As a label and event promoter, DSA seeks to collaborate with local and international artists sharing similar musical tastes and lifestyles to add to the already diverse techno and electronic music and social scene in Colorado. DSA will be launched in early 2012 out of Denver.
There will be live painting, free music and other handouts throughout the night.
The event will transpire at a limited capacity, intimate location in Denver TBA the day of the show. Full bathrooms, light bar, BYOB. RSVP on “the book” or email your name to [email protected] for guaranteed entry. Friendly and professional security on hand.

DUSTIN ZAHN
The story behind Dustin Zahn is not a particularly unique or exciting one. There are no breakthrough moments or mentors who have taken him under their wing. But since 1998, his work has put his career on a slow and steady ascent. Along the way, Dustin has gained over 10 years of experience and unrivaled musical diversity as both a producer and a performer. This alone has earned him respect among techno and house legends, purists, and contemporary DJs. He now performs regularly around the world at some of the most reputable clubs and festivals along with some dodgy, sleazy warehouses and beach parties in-between. His DJ sets are much like his releases. “I like it dark enough for the boys, but groovy enough for the girls.” With a preference for marathon sets and his laid-back approach to life and music, he seamlessly traverses through various genres which creates a unique, hypnotic vibe that isn’t found among most DJs.
As a producer, his releases on labels such as Drumcode, Rekids, and CLR have brought him international success. While Dustin’s original productions are something of the rare and special sort, it’s his remixes that have helped catapult him into the collections of DJs everywhere. As a remixer, he has done work for the likes of Adam Beyer, Chris Liebing, Green Velvet, Dubfire, Nic Fanciluli, Mark Broom, Joel Mull, and many other high profile acts. Despite his busy release schedule, he still finds time to own and operate Enemy Records. Founded in 2004, Enemy focuses on the same late-night hypnotic techno that you’ll often find in his DJ sets.

If you’ve never seen him play, then you haven’t experienced what the Minneapolis electronic music scene is really about. He is hands down the most innovative DJ in the city, and possibly the Midwest. With an ear for good music that’s unrivaled by most, Centrific continues to break down barriers brought on by genre classifications and close-minded people. Steve’s passion and creativity has inspired every techno DJ in Minneapolis, in one way or another. Whether you happen to be into what he’s playing at the time or not, you get a better understanding of what a DJ should be just by watching him.
Besides DJing, Steve has created a reputation for throwing some of the best and most forward thinking events Minneapolis has ever seen. Promoting under Intellephunk, Steve is constantly bringing in electronic artists for the first time that continue to change the face of techno as the world knows it. Intellephunk stands for one thing above all; quality. Intellephunk events are highly regarded, not only by those lucky enough to attend them but also by every artist that has had the opportunity to play at one.
