The original 21st century, modern house gangsters. Already perfecting their own genre, what people like to describe as "Futuristic - Gangsta House". What can we say about these two... when you mix 2 artists as talented as Miguel & Sishi, you simply get amazing results.
Mexican born Miguel Puente, and Guatemalan born Sishi Rosch can only be put into one word, Gangsta. Both hatched under Barcelona based Digital Delight, and its up and coming sister label Sultry Vibes. When in the studio, these two are influenced by late 1980's electronic music. Cyphering monstrous bass-lines, hip-hop vocals, and transforming it into futuristic soul. Behind the decks, Puente & Rosch are pure magic. stripping dancefloors of what used to be, and revolutionizing what is envisioned to them in the now.
Diego Moreno
(Digital Delight/One Records)
Diego developed an interest in music at an early age in life, learning to play guitar, drums, and synthesizer, with his brother as his teacher. Blues, Reggae, Punk Rock, Rap & Acid House are his main influences.
At 22, Alberto Santizo introduced Diego to DJing; he picked it up quickly and was soon spinning at underground parties around Guatemala. A year later he moved to Barcelona, where he got involved in organising parties and DJing in numerous clubs around the city.
2007 saw Diego release his first track and EP on Subversive Media and Super Nova Blue. That same year Diego met Sishi Rösch, and began collaborating with him on a project called Digital Delight, which has since developed into a record label.
Currently Sishi & Diego are working with a great group of DJs and producers like Damian Uzabiaga, Yakine, Miguel Puente, Shaun Reeves, David Garda, Zev, Le Loup, Bioniq, Juan Crerar, Djebali, Jay Shepheard, Lady Blacktronika.
