Minibox is a concept inspired by women. Without women this scene would actually be no fun at all. Imagine there would be no crazy groupies, no lovely ladies, no great dancers, no horrible dancers, no girls to buy drinks for and no true female ravers on the dance floor... :)
We would like to thank all the women for refining the scene by inviting artists with the perfect sound for Minibox (and by giving them free entrance at the door - but that aside).
Our resident Sirena suits Minibox perfectly! She is influenced by 15 years of active involvement in the electronic music scene and Ibiza's DC10 sounds. Her style can be described as warm, melodic and groovy.
For this special ADE edition Minibox invited Be As One Imprint from Israel, one of the most established and leading labels of the underground dance music scene.
Label owner Shlomi Aber who recently released the great EP Rough Steps on Desolat, is known for some of the most recognizable and unique techno anthems for the world’s most prestigious labels like Cocoon, Desolat, Cadenza, Ovum, R&S, Objectivity, Renaissance and his own Be As One Imprint. Tracks such as Sea Of Sand, After Love and especially his trademark Freakside (Ovum Recordings) are one of the most played techno tracks of the recent years.
Be As One will bring talented German DJ/producer Sable Sheep to make this Minibox - ADE edition complete! His productions Painting my Fur and Cotton are two significant tracks on Aber's label and also a significant reason why he will make this line-up complete!
