Synth City returns on the 3rd weekend of the month (Saturday 20th October) with full force. This months line pulls no punches, as we welcome the pioneering housey sounds of MAQUINA MUSIC to The Sun Lounge terrace.
In an age where Dance music has become something a taboo to its dearest aficionados, MAQUINA MUSIC has continued to bring the noise to stereos and sound systems across the globe for all the right reasons.
Led by notable British talents and affirmative head honchos Dirty Harris and ThreeSixty, Maquina's unique presence has been warmly digested across the globe, gaining them a solid reputation for incredible parties feulled by forward thinking music.
Sam Young, Mark Stacey and Grant Nadler signifies the deep ethos to which Maquina swear by: Real music by Real artists. Add the influx of international talent from the likes of Israel's 'Flippers' and versatile American producer 'Jaceo' and there is little room to doubt the global resonance encapsulated within the labels daily movements.
2012 has been a prosperous year at MAQUINA. With a continuous flow of solid releases from the undergrounds most aptly talented individuals and support from such big room giants as Tiesto, Fedde Le Grand, Mark Knight and Sebastian Ingrosso as well as Ritchie Hawtin, dj Chus, Olav Basoki and Steve Lawler, to name a few, just shows how far the label has progressed.
