First, a BIG Thank you to all who attended our last 'FAMILY' party where we celebrated 18 years of music in the bay area at Oasis in Oakland on Sunday, August 26th. It was a great day of friends, music, and talent.

Tom began DJing in the mid 90’s and soon began playing for Nottingham’s Smokescreen Soundsystem, alongside DJs such as the Inland Knights, the Littlemen, Frandanski and Rob Sheppard. Subsequently he has DJ’d all over the world and in the last year has DJ’d as far a field as Thailand, Georgia (Twice) and the Czech Republic. He has shared the bill with Raoul Belmans, the Lawnchair Generals, Jason Hodges, Phil Weeks, Giom, Jeff K, the Inland Knights and many more.
By the end of the 90’s Tom had moved into music production, setting up a studio with the Littlemen and formed Special Interest with Damien Bailey from Funky Transport. Since then he has had releases on Drop Music, Mobiletrax, Guesthouse Music, Blockhead and tracks licensed to Om recordings among others. In the last twelve months Tom has remixed artists such as The Jinks, Joey Youngman and Tommy Largo.
Tom began Phobic Recordings in spring 2006. To date artists who have worked with Phobic represent some of the industries finest including the Inland Knights, Toka Project , Kinky Movement, Littleman Big, Tempomatici, Funk Mediterraneo, Special Interest, Vernon and Dacosta, Giom, Soul De Marin, Javi Lopez,Quell, Mikkael, Matt Powell (Bleep District), Camouflage, Dave Combined, JR from Dallas, Edmund, DJ Bene, Craig Hamilton, M&Gors and Tommy Largo from Europe, Husky (Random Soul) from Australia,and JT Donaldson, Uneaq, Lurob, Hector Moralez, Trevor Vichas, Chuck Daniels, B. Original, The Sun City Hustlers, Jeff Haze, Short Bus Kids, Dj Mes, Neil G and Latenight Society from the US.
