Renowned for hosting the biggest, baddest & maddest parties on the South coast, Bedford Place’s best loved venues join forces once again to bring you a night of great music, unforgettable entertainment & much, much more.
Previous years have seen us take over the whole of Bedford Place, but this time around we’ve scaled it back to make this New Years a much more intimate affair. With three premium venues, jaw-dropping acts & of course the obligatory free glass of bubbly, there’s really no better way to round off 2012 with a bang!

JUNK
Headlining the Junk leg of the party are the mighty M.A.N.D.Y. made famous for their collaboration with Bookashade on the ubiquitous “Body Language” and as part owners of Get Physical with DJ T. The pair are regulars at top clubs around the world from Chicago to Ibiza as well as being residents at the famous Watergate club in Berlin.
Support will come from the Junk family with our favourite residents providing the perfect house / techno through the night.
Meanwhile The Box see LTD! Our regular Saturday night party in downstairs catering for an Urban taste.

There’s no doubt, this is the best party of the year! It’s our 11th NYE & we’re going all out to make it our best one yet. Joining us are our two favourite residents, Wonky Ninja & B-Side, spinning a funky mix of hip hop, breaks & party mash-ups. Then taking over the main stage & bringing in the New Year with a soulful selection of your favourite covers is Southampton’s favourite awesome foursome, Freddy & The Freeloaders.
Don’t forget you can beat the queues & line your stomachs before the big night with our FREE hotdog stand & HALF PRICE COCKTAILS until 10pm. We’ve even locked our drinks prices so you don’t have to worry about any nasty surprises throughout the night. Then as a little New Year’s treat we’ll be handing out FREE bacon sandwiches & Red Bull at 2am to help you catch your second wind. We really do spoil you!

Welcome to our ‘Skyfall’ casino & champagne lounge in the plush surroundings of Room Service. Take a gamble on the Black Jack & Roulette tables for a chance to win drinks for your table, served by our beautiful hostesses. The two most renowned boat party hosts join forces this New Years Eve on dry land for a night of pumped up house, electro & classic tracks aimed firmly at the dance floor to get your booty shaking!
Special guest Mark Robinson is head of the Pukka Up Records label and party offshoot. He’s toured across the globe with artists such as Mousse T, Brian Gee & Above & Beyond, & is of course a regular on the white isle of Ibiza for the now legendary Pukka Up boat parties. During his career Mark has also been instrumental in the development & success of other labels such as Mark Knight’s Toolroom Records, & Kinky Malinki (as a global resident & mix artist for their first compilation). This will be Marks second appearance at Pop, & we can’t wait to have him back.
Supporting Mark are High Tide residents Boulé & Steve Knight. Firm favourites with the loyal High Tide crowd, their army of supporters continues to grow having supported the likes of Lee Foss, Miguel Campbell & Dusky in the last twelve months alone. Mixing up classic house tracks with today’s modern deep house sounds, you won’t be able to stay away from the dance floor. Just follow your feet!
Pop-Up – Sole Sessions w/ Ed Sole
Ed Sole & friends take over proceedings in the coolest party space in Southampton, Pop-Up. A soundtrack of forgotten classic gems & the most recent goodies from the urban scene covering hip hop, R’n’B, swing, funk, funky house & reggae, delivered in a funkyscratchmixcutup way.
