Apparently for some, the 21st of December 2012 signifies the end of the world. So what could be a better way to spend it than to party the world away with Wota London?
We’ll once again be at the Fluid bar (http://www.fluidbar.com/ and https://www.facebook.com/fluidbar), where the fruity cocktails are kept ever-flowing, and also where the bar sports a rather nifty Japanese theme – right down to the food on offer, as the kitchen will be open all the way up until 10pm, serving tasty treats.
This time, however, Wota will be in the downstairs portion of the venue – sadly a few more steps away from the cocktails, yet mayhap in a more party-orientated environment, for those of you wanting to flail about and/or dance.
The DJ on duty for the night will be Kurisu, who will no doubt be playing plenty of Touhou, as always; yet not without a healthy smattering of other doujin stuff, Jpop, game tunes, anime songs…allsorts! So you can expect the usual dosage of Wota madness and everything that you’ve come to associate with the night!
Another point worth mentioning is that the night is also going to be Free entry! Again, costumes/cosplay is encouraged for fun – bonus points for anything end-of-the-world-y and – seeing as how it’s almost Christmas – something Christmassy-themed wouldn’t go amiss!
