  • “Together Festival” Pop culture icon Snoop Dogg to headline with additional performances by Justice, DJs Max Vangeli, AN21 and Quintino After a big success and even bigger beats, Together Festival is coming back to Bangkok this January 2013! First launched in April by A.G. Productions and Bangkok’s leading house music promoter, Retox Sessions, Together Festival is the ultimate dance party experience. As an emerging name in worldwide music fairs and festivals, Together aims to put Bangkok on the map regionally. The impact so far is undeniably impressive with the last event boasting over 10,000 in attendance and big-name acts like LMFAO, Lil’ Jon and Afrojack. This year boasts another jaw-dropping line-up that is sure to bang it out. These performers include both local talent and international artists making their big debut in the Big Mango. Our headliner needs no introduction. This hip hop legend has gone by many aliases, but these days he’s known best as Snoop Dogg. The enigmatic rapper and record-producer has sold over 30 million albums worldwide, topping the charts with hits like “Gin andJuice” and “Drop It Like It’s Hot.” Snoop’s career spans the last two decades, but he’s hotter than ever right now with a forthcoming studio album and film in the works under his new moniker Snoop Lion called, Reincarnated, set to release in Spring 2013. Also hitting the stage with great gusto is French electro-pop duo Justice. Bursting onto the scene in 2006, these guys caught fire fast with club hits like “We Are Your Friends” and “D.A.N.C.E.” Justice quickly became known for blending vitamin-enriched electro beats and pop on the dance floor. They have since done remixes for the likes of N.E.R.D., U2, Daft Punk and Lenny Kravitz, also winning a Grammy Award for their take on the MGMT song, “Electric Feel” in 2009. Justice has also announced a new EP set to drop in January. Heating up the list are house DJs Max Vangeli and AN21. While they’ve just released an album together, both are known globally by their own rights. Vangeli was named by DJ Mag as one of the “Top 5 DJs to watch in 2011” and has collaborated with Example, Calvin Harris and Tiesto. AN21 is a Swedish export with a reputation as an eclectic club connoisseur. Seeing Max Vangeli and AN21 rip up the stage together is a club experience you don’t want to miss! Also joining is DJ Quintino from Holland. Discovered by Laidback at the tender age of 18, Quintino has traveled the world playing landmark gigs and high-profile festivals. In 2009, his remix of Cidinho & Doca's "Rap Das Armas" garnered over 10 million YouTube views, becoming a worldwide summer anthem. Together Festival will be the live stage debut for all these artists in Thailand. Also sharing the stage with international stars is our very own Thaitanium. These three titans have raged across the Asian hip-hop landscape with their unique style of East meets West. Also representing Thailand at the festival are Bangkok Invaders, a group of deejays from Superzaaap and many more local artists. Together Festival is all about mashing up a high-energy atmosphere, amazing music and party-goers from all over the region. Sounds exciting? Well all you have to do is come together!
