The beautiful coast of Amalfi is the destination for the first ever Amalfi Music Conference which takes place April 25-28th 2013. It's focus is to bring together record labels, DJ's, producers, artists and dancers to share in the spirit, passion and love for music and a beautiful region of Italy.
AMC offers a time to enjoy 3 spectacular days of conferences, seminars and entertainment, as well as the opportunity to explore the amazing sights of the Amalfi Coast.
The theme for our first ever conference is 'Changing'.
AMC speakers will be discussing fundamental changes that the music industry has undergone over the past few decades, offering an insight in how they have adapted to this change and how they are continuing to grow and be successful during these economic difficult times.
Active participation in discussions and seminars will enable a whole new generation of DJ's, producers and event promoters to learn and expand on their industry knowledge and contacts.
The long warm nights will play host to a series of fantastic parties throughout the night, where visitors will be able to listen to international DJ's across two fabulous rooms dancing to quality dance music. If you like your house music soulful, deep, techy and minimal, then this is where you will be able to lose yourself under the rhythm of the beat.
This all takes place within the elegant surroundings of The Grand Hotel Excelsior, Amalfi - THE hotel of choice for visitors wanting a spectacular view of the magnificent coastline which boasts it's own private beach! All rooms have a sea view where you can enjoy the tranquility of the sea and relax after a hard night of partying.
During the day, we will be hosting a series of parties pool side, where you can get down and soak up the Italian sunshine.
