Way Out West biography
Back in '97 a dance duo by the name of Way Out West hit our screens with the hit single 'The Gift'. Since then Way Out West have released three artist albums: 'Way Out West', 'Intensify' and 'Don't Look Now'. All of which have received wide critical acclaim. Where most dance acts have failed Way Out West have always managed to produce musical albums. One feels as comfortable listening to Way Out West material at home as they would at a club.
Nick Warren is one half of the Way Out West duo and also a pioneering DJ who has played to crowds the world over. In this years DJ Magazine Top 100 DJ Poll Nick Warren was voted in at number 30 and is regarded by many as one of the best 'progressive' DJs in the world. Jody Wisternoff is the other half and Nick's partner in crime. Musically gifted from an early age he released his first record at the tender age of 15. As one of the first generation bedroom producers Jody has always had his finger on the button. Once Nick and Jody came together the real breakthrough happened.
Nick and Jody are now back in the studio working on album number four, and will be touring live again in the summer of 2008. The first single 'Spaceman' will be released June 16th and will have a Paolo Mojo remix.

Jody Wisternoff biography
Jody's biog is deceptive, as he's achieved so much in a short space of time. Selling over 100,000 albums and delivering a Top 40 hit with his band Way Out West would be enough for most people. Yet along side their 3 Albums, countless remixes and production duties on everyone from the astonishingly cool (James Holden, Echo & The Bunnymen, The Orb, Roni Size) to the ridiculous (Natalie Imbruglia), Jody has managed to create music that not only elevates every dance floor but has also been used heavily in film and TV,(The OC, CSI, Grey's).
2004/2005 also saw a world tour on their own and sharing billing with Faithless and festival slots for Radio 1 at Glastonbury, Creamfields Prague, Creamfields UK and Argentina.
Jody's sound has been his global meal ticket. But let's rewind a little to before all that happened, he'd already won the DMC Mixing championship regional heats at the criminally young age of 15, torn every rave apart in the early 90s as Sub Love with Full Cycle's DJ Die and DJ’d at most clubs Worldwide worth djing at, then got the band together (Way Out West) by the time he was twenty and on single three tore up the airwaves and the TOTP studio, with partner Nick Warren on their big hit "The Gift".
Right now, with a new Way Out West album slowly taking shape (the fourth) he has been producing solo works (first single "Cold Drink, Hot Girl" came out on Distinctive), followed by Nostalgia on Be Yourself, and has now picked up his djing habit again and is partying on a global scale!
