Come join us for the launch party of Tcherneyan 'Detours' Ep out on Minimood Extra later this month. The talented Oliver Ho aka Raudive and Minimood label boss Volt.mar will be joining our residents Tcherneyan and Miro for a full day of Techno and other experimental dance music.

Oliver Ho:
From the beginning on Blueprint records Oliver Ho has explored techno and house in its many different styles, ranging from the deep tribal sounds of the "Universal" album, to the dark abstract noises of his Veil album, to the funkier house sounds of his Birdland project.
All these ideas and sounds have been distilled down into the current project, Raudive. The sound of raudive takes the percussion of his earlier releases over the last 15 years and mutates it into a slower deeper sound, fusing the funk of house and the electronics of techno. The debut record on Klang Elektronik, "Audio ep" was closely followed by many releases featuring the Raudive sound evolving on record labels such as Klang, Music Man, Pokerflat, Cocoon, We Are and Macro.
Oliver's unique sound has gained praise from many djs such as Trevor Jackson, Chloe, Laurant Garnier, Ricardo Villalobos and Sven Vath. In 2010 Oliver launched Wires, his new label which explores the areas inbetween techno, experimental, post-punk and industrial new wave. The label continues to develop and embrace new style ideas and diversity, which is also reflected in the band, The Eyes In The Heat, signed to Ivan Smagghe's Kill The Dj, a new project where Zizi Kanaan joins Oliver to create punk/disco/electro songs featuring guitar, synth, and vocals.
This attitude for bringing together the different dynamics of various genres is reflected in the deep and funky dj sets oliver plays at clubs around the world from new york to tokyo to paris and back to london.

Volt.mar :
Volt.mar's dj sets are contemplative journeys into deep hypnotic techno and dubby grooves. being a passionate vinyl lover, he is fascinated by the purism, immediacy, warmth and unique esthetics of the black wax and plays vinyl only. recently, volt.mar has turned towards production and is working on his vision of dubby and deep techno in the studio. in particular, together with his friend kelo he forges on fusion soundscapes of drone, experimental and dusky techno as kelovolt. moreover, volt.mar runs the well-established minimood imprint and has just recently formed the new concept label project Randform which intends to revive studio 1 type ultra-reduced minimalist techno.

Tcherneyan :
Tcherneyan is a french musician/dj/producer. He has developed his sound and approach by playing marathon sets into the early hours, as his sound is deep and hypnotic with a good dose of dubmixology and Techno. As the creator of the infamous FLESH party, he has shared the dj booth with Andy Stott /Edit-Select / Claro Intelecto / James Ruskin / Mark Broom / Raudive / Kirk Degiorgio / Sigha and many more names. This ritual is the launch party to celebrate his release on Minimood Extra. featuring two original tracks + remixes from Och ( Trelik / Sect / Bass Culture ) and Volt.mar (Minimood/Randform).

Miro:
Miro is a true music lover, a talented DJ and vinyl collector. From his time back in Slovakia where he was promoting Electronic Music in the early days of that genre to London, he has been sharing his music with an almost educational purpose. You can hear him on the radio, various clubs or at Cafe1001 where he has been playing every Sunday afternoon for the past 3 years. No matter the size of the club or the style of music, he always plays with the same passion.
