At Apocalypso we welcome a man who is, (despite his boyish good looks), nothing short of a living UK underground dance music legend, Tayo. Whilst originally making his name as a purveyor of cutting edge breaks, his sound was never pigeon-hole friendly, and over the last few years his productions and DJ sets have evolved into something totally different, and quite excellent. We can apparently expect a set with a house flavour, although I am sure the bounce, dancehall influences and obscene basslines which we would expect from Tayo, will never be too far from the floor.
In support we have 2 proven Apocalypso-smashers. The incredible OrtzRoka will be venturing, pale of skin and bloodshot of eye, out of the studio to delight us with another set of fresh groovers, classics, and general sonic sophistication. And Headphonesex will be educating us with another irresistible set of future-retro house, Italo and other party gems.
Joining them as always will be Dekker, armed with his first tranche of Dekker&Johan productions and remixes.
