Need2soul & Birdsong music join forces for the fourth in the series of “a private party with….” which has seen a party with Francois K in the basement of an office block & a disco session with Derrick Carter in a photographic studio, and a warehouse back the raw rave down with Kerri Chandler. With a similar concept Need2soul hosted two similar events with Ron Trent playing all night. Tonight’s party sees another house music legend Joe Claussell playing music all night long.
DJ, producer and label-head Joe Claussell is a figurehead of the New York dance scene. One third of the legendary Body & SOUL house party – trio alongside François K and Danny Krivit – he is jointly responsible for some of the best house and disco sounds NYC has heard, and some of the most memorable parties. He plays all over the world to an adoring audience of discerning house heads, and is also an acclaimed musician. We're not giving him any musical genre to stick to either so expect the full range of roots and dance.
A Urei mixer, dope reel isolator, turbo sound system and wooden dance floor, expect a night geared to the dancers as we bring you a perfect evening in a private East London space with bespoke top spec sound system, numbers limited for what will be a very special night of music as Joe flies in for this exclusive gig.
