Karakter is a cult night hosted on the second Friday of each month at the Vlla in Amsterdam. Dedicated to deep, intense and imaginative music for the dance floor, this night serves to showcase the sonic imprint associated to Union Jack Records and its guests.
With a bright future since day 1. Union Jack Records has been on the rise of continuous image and sound build up. Kicking-off ''The inverted triangle'' saw early success. Its first release was featured in no other than the infamous Balance compilation held in turn by Timo Maas.
The ''Acapulco EP '' set the pace for the label's early rise. A non-stop Beatport support,chartings under their ''must listen to'' and Beatport's front page feature release after release gave the label a considerable push up.
The inverted triangle has featured names under their imprint like Sasse, Matthias Vogt, Animal Trainer, Max Belobrov, Arthur Oskan, Sex Tape, Jorge Takei, MSMS and Mikalogic.
