The time has come to celebrate our birthday and we've decided to do it in style with one of 2014's most prevalent rising stars, Baikal, who will be playing an extended 3 hour set.
We also celebrate the move to one of our favourite Manchester venues and new home, The Roadhouse.
BAIKAL - 3 Hour Set (INNERVISIONS/MAEVE)
Baikal's atmospheric yet driving productions work dance floors in such a unique way that its no wonder they have quickly come to the attention of renowned selectors such as Dixon, Ame and Mano le Tough. Of his many acclaimed pieces, a real standout track is clearly "Why Don't Ya?". This has been consistently destroying dance floors worldwide since its release last year on the awesome Maeve imprint which Baikal runs with Mano le tough:

However, Baikal gives no impression of being a one hit wonder. The attention to detail and inspiration present throughout his music is set to ensure his place on electronica, techno & house fans' radars alike for the foreseeable future. With high profile gigs at clubs including Berghain/Panorama Bar & Trouw, his skills as a DJ are also certainly not in disrepute.
