Three debuts as we proudly present Fis of New Zealand, Kiyoko and Seers, all playing for the very first time in Manchester.
Olly Peryman AKA Fis has rapidly risen to prominence over the past few years, proffering a completely unique sound, very unlike anything that's come before. Organic, bass heavy and deeply thoughtful, his absorbing music is informed by his native surroundings. EPs for Samurai Music hinted at a rare talent and the subsequent signing by leftfield powerhouse Tri-Angle offered a platform from which to spread his unsettling output.
Kiyoko also cut their teeth on Samurai Music, their sought after vinyl releases came following 'Sea of Trees', a completely sold out album release on ASC's Auxiliary imprint. Their live set was debuted to much acclaim at Sun & Bass festival in 2013 and the duo have also made an appearance at Prague's noted Cross Club. This will be a Manchester debut for the duo, comprising of Apollo Records' Jack Lever AKA Bering Strait and Joe McBride AKA Synkro.
Seers is a new Mancunian collaboration with incredible promise. An appearance supporting Ulrich Schnauss has been backed with a single track uploaded to Soundcloud garnering nearly 20,000 plays.
