Workout Schedule:
11.00 p.m. to 1.30 a.m.: Warm-up
Max K. will provide a versatile yet moving warm-up set, preparing you mentally and physically for what’s in store. Focus: Increased heart rate.
1.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m.: HIPT
Experienced trainees Ricardo Epsoito and Michael Nadjé will take you through a 4-hour set of HIPT (Hyper Intensity Pump Training) – proven across Europe to be the one of the most efficient workouts available today. Focus: Full-body workout experience.
5.30 a.m. to open end.: Active Regeneration
Joshua Ford and Rob's active cool down phase patented in the mid-90s. Focus: Pure mind and soul stimulation.
The difficulty level of the sets will vary from beginner to advanced throughout the night.
To avoid unnecessary injuries, our experienced personnel highly recommend stretching between sets and staying hydrated at all times. Please bring your own gym towel to keep the sweat at bay.
