Downstairs, we welcome two well-seasoned guests from afar. Ottawa (Canada!)'s Rick Laplante and Miami's Doc Brown are both big fish in their respective ponds, and both have played the RISE lounge before. They know just how to dish it right as the hours creep towards morning.
