Once again, on December 31st, the Westelijk Handelsterrein will be the perfect place to ring in the new year. In this monumental building, you can visit as many as 10 different 'warehouses' where you can hear a wide range of musical genres from a large selection of talented artists.
After a year PKHS returns to its favorite location to enjoy our favorite music styles with our great audience. From deep- & tech house to techno, jazz dance, 80's & 90's, hip hop and more. Dished out by both young talent and established names.
After the huge success of recent years, we will once again offer cheaper early tickets for the biggest enthusiasts, fans and friends. The first batch was only € 20,- per ticket and sold out in no time. Currently, tickets are on sale for € 25,- but these will not last long. Be smart and buy your ticket on time.

PKHS collaborates
The success of the Pakhuis events is due to their wide collaboration. During upcoming New Year's eve a large number of organizations, with a shared love for good music, will take part in our festival. Each of these partners host a 'pakhuis' (warehouse). This year you can enjoy the areas of Triphouse Rwina System, Boogie Friday, Midlight, Bootsy Paul, DJ Tin Tin & André Dadi, DANSBAR Klup, For Those Who Know, the “Verfraaiers” and many others.
Triphouse Rwina System
Rwina? Loosely translated from Arabic: "An escalating situation of chaos." One that will make you sweat in total confusion! Get ready for the Northern Sahara's most popular DJ boyband, the 'Triphouse Rwina System'. Together they will create a musical oasis of happiness and you are invited to fly with them on their magic carpet. Drop your exotic dance moves during their explosive back 2 back extravaganza, they'll bombard the dance floor with the best underground House, Disco, Acid and Garage. Life is good in the desert!
Bootsy Paul & guest
For years Bootsy Paul has been a musical fixture at every NYE in the Westelijk Handelsterrein, guaranteeing a great mix of tracks from the 80s, 90s and the beginning of this century. Be warned, you'll hear all your favorites come by.
Tin Tin & André Dadi
André Dadi is a legend of the Rotterdam DJ circuit. He was the one who first played funk, boogie, disco, soul, swing beat, and early hip-hop records in the Full Moon (the famous and infamous nightclub on the 's Gravendijkwal). Today, he is active as a driving force behind concepts like Hiphip and Funk Me.
TinTin was also a pioneer. In 1986 het introduced the crowd to music by Art Blakey, Willis Jackson and Bunky Green at the first jazz dance party in Rotterdam. He later played at all major clubs and nightclubs including Roxy, Paradiso and Nighttown.
During NYE they'll share their musical knowledge and very special collection with you.
DANSBAR Klup
Non de Jus has become a fixed value at Pakhuis. In recent years she and her crew played in many cool and unique locations throughout the city and beyond: Bird, NHOW, Scheldt Jazz, North Sea Jazz, IFFR and Biergarten have already enjoyed her old and new sounds that gets everyone onto the dance floor. DANSBAR plays rock & roll, ska, sixties latin, exotica, swing, base, bop, balkan, titty twisters, soul, disco and occasional pop-records. Just as long as it makes you dance.
Boogie Friday
These guys really can no longer be ignored. The men of Boogie Friday know how to deliver the best fresh funk, soul and R & B, time and again. Respected for their progressive and highly respected bookings and valued for their own sound. Their experience with different concepts, such as The Scenario, "Spot." and Applepie can be heard in their sets. Remain stationary simply isnt an option.
For Those Who Know
This concept has been organized by Mad Mike Banks of Underground Resistance in Detroit for years. Now Daniel Kane and T!M have imported this concept to this side of the ocean. Notorious for their Detroit nights and DJ skills. Known from the Bootleg, Nighttown (Basement), their labels and the Rotterdam nightlife.
After three successful editions in the nation's capital, on December 31st it will be Rotterdam's turn. If you know what we are talking about, we'll see you in this room during Pakhuis NYE Festival.
Midlight Crew
This crew of versatile artists is known for their transformations of spaces into unique creations of sound and light. They organize their own evenings at BAR, but also small private reves with funky, groovy 'quality underground' music. You can count on their room for and uplifting atmosphere. They also run their own label where they deliver some of their favorite productions. Be sure to check it out on their website.
the “Verfraaiers”
Dutch for ‘those who make things nicer’. The gentlemen Raymond Kleij and Rogier van der Hoeven are always looking for a nice location, nice food, nice people and beautiful uplifting music to go with that. This is why it must come as no surprise that they have been succesfully organising their newest concept in our beautiful Westelijk Handelsterrein.
On December 31st, you can visit their area for musical input from artists that seasoned music lovers will surely know. Many of them have a long history with the legendary Rotterdam record store Rhythm Import.
Guests include Edwin Bazen, Armand, Patrick Laurier and M.I.C.K. This means you can enjoy their original record collections from which their favorite deep house, UK garage, tech house and other tracks played.
Midnight Restaurant
A good party is at its best with a satisfied stomach. At all PKHS events you can go for a delicious organic bite. In our 'Midnight restaurant' you can enjoy a carefully prepared burger, satay of chicken thighs or, for example, a merguez sandwich. All this is served with love and attention.
