2014年を締めくくるこの記念すべき日に、前回ミュージックフリークの話題をかっさらったRobag Wruhme来日公演に続いて、一貫して「本物」にこだわり続けて来た音響機器メーカーSENNHEISERが「本物」のアーティストを招聘して開催する「SENNHEISER Night」を開催！
最初のUKハウストラックを制作し、UKのダンスミュージック史を語る上では欠かせない革新的現代音楽の覇者であり、ビョークを作品にフィーチャーし、ビョークのソロ・デビューのきっかけを作った立役者でもある伝説のグループ808 Stateの創立メンバーとしても知られ、セカンド・サマー・オブ・ラブを代表するアシッド・ハウスの名曲"Voodoo Ray"を世に送り出したほか、アルバム『Black Secret Technology』ではジャングルにアンビエント・テクノの要素を盛り込み、ドラムンベースと呼ばれるひとつのアートフォームへと進化させ世界中のダンスミュージック・シーンをを席巻したUKアシッドハウスの重鎮" A Guy Called Gerald "が、ついに表参道ORIGAMIに登場！
更に、デトロイトを拠点に活動するミニマルハウスの重鎮であり、90年代から現代まで続くミニマルハウス/テクノを語る上で、決して避けて通ることができない唯一無二のイノヴェーターにして孤高のグルーヴマスター" Daniel Bell " が出演！！！
90年代初期にDBX名義を名乗り、Richie HawtinとのプロジェクトCybersonikでシーンに彗星の如く登場しPlus 8 (with Richie Hawtin)、Frictional (with Anthony Shakir)、Dataphysix(with Dopplereffekt)、Elevate (with Theo Parrish)、Harmonie Park (with Rich Wade)等の錚々たるアーティストと重要レーベルを設立。
現在に至るまで常に最前線で活躍を続けているレジェンド" Daniel Bell " がいよいよ表参道ORIGAMIに登場！！！

Mark Broom公演のレジデントDANI SAVANT (Mind Off)、様々なORIGAMIの局面でメイン、ギャラリーフロアーを盛り上げたMVPの一人Go Yamasaki (UNSTOPPABLE)、グルーヴ重視の確かな選曲で支持を集めるSHIGETO TAKAHASHI (TIME and THINGS)、ORIGAMIにNATHAN FAKE、VAKULA 、RICARDO TOBAR等が出演した際の国内DJとして出演し海外アーティスト勢に引けをとらないプレイでイベントを盛り上げたLAMB (Daytona / BLAFMA / Alive)といった間違いないDJ陣が2014年を総括すべく熱のこもったプレイを披露します。是非ご期待ください！

This New Year’s Eve party at Origami is going to be absolutely awesome, as we are delighted to announce that we have not one but TWO stellar talents to play us into 2015 – leader of leaders in electronic music, A GUY CALLED GERALD LIVE and minimalist miracle-making magician, DANIEL BELL!
When you talk about UK house music history and its origins, you cannot possibly do it without any mention of A GUY CALLED GERALD. Aside from being one of its most dynamic pioneers, he’s a founder member of legendary group 808 State, who helped Bjork on her way to becoming one of the biggest names in music, and he’s also the genius behind the anthemic acid house track “Voodoo Ray” and the album Black Secret Technology, in which he created a pioneering combination of jungle with ambient techno and drum n’ bass. Now, he’s bringing his unique and original sound to Origami. hes been lauded as a hero by Berghain, DC10 and Panarama Bar in the new Berlin Techno meets Classic House. best of all hell be playing LIVE- On ROLAND AIRA, WITH 2 LAPTOPs and EFX machines
Coheadliningg we have a man who since the 90s has been a leader in putting Detroit in pride of place on the minimal house scene, unparalleled and inimitable groove-master and innovator, DANIEL BELL. Taking on the moniker DBX in the early 90s, Bell worked on the Cybersonik project with Richie Hawtin, causing a meteoric rise to fame which saw him work also with elite artists like Anthony Shakir, Dopplereffekt, Theo Parrish and Rich Wade, and some of the top labels the world has ever seen. Now, we’re overjoyed to be able to tell our fans that the legend that is Daniel Bell will be heralding in the New Year at Origami! . Expect Deep Sexy amazing grooves./
