Honey Soundsystem's residency at Smart Bar Chicago for the 2015-2016 calendar year will consist of the Generators Project. Generators is a six-part immersive exploration of the subjective history of the queer nightclub. Across six-chapters and six corresponding parties at Smart Bar, a range of artists across mediums will reveal their personal experiences with queer nightlife and the stakes of their investment. These stories will be recorded and posted on Soundcloud before the actual events, so club goers and the general public can follow along as this radical history is narrated. Come join in the dance!
