ITAL + AURORA HALAL (NYC)
Tagteam set from two mainstays in the ever-changing landscape of Brooklyn's dance music scene, visual artist/producer Aurora Halal and Planet Mu affiliate Ital have just just been killing it lately. Halal recently returned from a six-stop European tour while Ital appeared on a four-way split EP for his own Lover's Rock label alongside Earthen Sea, DJ Wey and Damon Eliza Palermo. In 2014 they released their collaborative "Day After EP" which they described as a "psychedelic" project that equally features "strobing club anthems and ephemeral head trips," with each production said to be a "spiraling world unto itself."
