"Sono ossessionato da romanzi futuristici, cyberpunk, di fantasia e che parlano di alieni" ammette il fenomeno italiano. "Mi ispiro più alla fantascienza che a qualsiasi disco in particolare. Ho scoperto il genere dopo aver visto il film Akira quando avevo 13 anni. Quando scrivo ho sempre questo immaginario in testa piuttosto che la scena di un club. Ad un certo punto, tutto suona groovy ed abbastanza duro da lavorare in un disco dance. Questo è il motivo percui esiste Congorock".
Da quando è comparso sulla scena nel 2009 è uscito il singolo fuocoso "Babylon" ed i torridi remix per Boy George e Mark Ronson "Somebody to Love" e "One" dei Swedish House Mafia. Colossi del genere come David Guetta, Tiësto, Diplo, Afrojack, Martin Solveig hanno iniziato a suonare le sue produzioni. Nel 2012 ha remixato "Diamonds" di Rihanna e poi si è unito a lei nell'altamente publicizzato 777 Tour. Il 2013 ha poi aperto le porte al suo debutto per Ultra Music con il singolo "Bless di Nation" con Sean Paul.
"I'm obsessed with futuristic, cyberpunk, fantasy, and alien fiction" admits the Italian sensation. "I draw more inspiration from sci-fi than any dance music record. I discovered the genre because of the anime film Akira when I was 13. When I'm writing, I'm constantly thinking about this imaginary world rather than that of a club. Eventually, everything sounds groovy and hard enough to work as a dance record. That's why Congorock exists".

In 2012, he remixed Rihanna's smash "Diamonds" and joined her for the highly publicized 777 Tour. However, he's opened the doors into his world like never before on his 2013 full-length debut for Ultra Music and its single, "Bless di Nation" featuring Sean Paul.
