This is probably one of the biggest highlights of the summer as the terrace goes into overdrive. 12 hours of the finest tech house and Techno brought to you by the full DK resident loons and some very special guests
This year coming back for hi annual rave up on the terrace is the legend Metro Boy. Metroboy aka Ben Ervine is a producer/DJ from the southwest of England, and forms one half of award-winning breakbeat duo Ben and Lex. Metroboy’s music is a crunchy, hard-bleep style of minimal and tech house, with unflinching grooves and uplifting tones sure to lock in any dancefloor.
We also have to very special acts coming up from plymouth this year that go by the name of MAFF.U and ThoZe 2.
ThoZe 2 They say two heads are better than one, and in this case it is very much apparent. Close friends both on and off the decks, the duo seemingly bounce off each other in whatever they do, whether it be in their DJ sets or studio productions. Having been working together for the past few years they have developed a specific sound, music intended to keep dance floors grooving - it was little wonder why they were our first choice Vivify residents and have since been rocking our monthly parties to great effect. It isn't just us that has noticed this either, their abilities behind the 1s and 2s has seen them play across the world in clubs such as Space, Pacha, Ministry of Sound, Eden & Paradise to name but a few.
MAFF.U is now stranger to Dark Knights as he has graced us with his sounds in Plymouth. Now it is time for Exeter to experience his sounds. MAFF.U is the DJ alias for Matt Canning. The founder and CEO of Rhythm Control Records Ltd. An underground House & Techno record label. @rhythmcontrol
