On Friday 3 July 2015, the Transmission collective will bring Volume 4 of its House & Techno series to Kulou Bar in Shanghai. Doors open at 8:00pm and entry is free, with 80 complimentary Jägermeister shots being served starting at 10:00 pm.
Already building a reputation as one of Shanghai’s premier after-dark clubs, Kulou along Xiangyang Road will play host to the fourth installment of Transmission.
Kicking off at 10pm will be New Zealand’s eclectic selector, Arctic Penguin. This may be the last time for a while to bob your head to his true-school hip-hop beats in Shanghai, as he migrates south to a new nesting ground a week later.
Switching roles since the previous show, Transmission resident Gerald A will turn up the levels with a set of jackin’ house, before Rob Young takes things home with a straight-up techno assault.
