After a slight hibernation, Animals Dancing are cheekily boasting the return of one of our first and favourite acts of 2015, Pender Street Steppers!
Continuing their increasing success throughout the year through their label Mood Hut and one half's 'Jack J' project, the Steppers have had a whirlwind year becoming more internationally in demand than a smashed avocado on sourdough. Jack J's recent single with Future Times 'Thirsting' somehow lives up to the awesomeness of his first EP 'Looking Forward To You' - THE summer hit of 2014 - whilst the two lads together pull out another cracker with 'Glass City' on Mood Hut, which I'm pretty sure is what love sounds like if you were to try transform it into a record.
After managing to find a time in their crazy schedules to get them back over, they happily agreed to fly the 30 something hours from Vancouver to Melbourne (made particularly difficult given their height) as they were so impressed with the Australian crowds from their previous tour. So get around 'em again, give 'em some hell, have a hoon etc.
The Steppers will be playing in The Mercat Basement on th 25th of September with support from Andee Frost and Tom Moore.
