Arian, former Wiesbadener and also known as Arian 911, is DJ, producer, label owner and “Cocoon Ibiza” resident. He is one of the top DJs of the island since many years. Since 1993, Arian lives at the Balearic Island as well. His summers are characterized by endless DJ sets and long nights. But in the winter, Arian likes to come back home to meet friends of the Cocoon posse, to see familiar faces and, of course, to spin.
Arian is allied with nearly all important people of the club business. No wonder, ‘cause the friendly man appears as a tireless ambassador of music in Ibiza. His sound changed over the years; he always kept up with the times and he often had a feeling for new trends as one of the first. As producer, Arian had his first release on Sven Väth’s legendary „Eye Q“label in the early 90s. He founded the label “OMM Sounds” with some friends in Ibiza and expanded his style file by downbeats and lounge sounds. With great success! The legendary chill out number with Ibiza flair - Levitations „More Than Ever People“– for example is produced by him.
Since few years, Arian is local resident at the “Cocoon” parties at “Amnesia” in Ibiza. We also wanted to mention that, in 2004, Arian mixed the „Clubbers Guide to Ibiza“for the world famous „Ministry of Sound“. His mostly drifty sets mix house and techno sounds with many percussive elements, emphasize the word “groove” and invite to a musical sound journey. Impressive club sound that draws a big picture of the club music, just as Ibiza itself!
