Over the past 12 months Cristoph has been causing a storm worldwide on the dance music scene.
His effervescent, broad ranging style encompasses heavy basslines, uplifting melodies and carefully chosen vocals, spanning the house to techno spectrum.
Growing up, Cristoph was influenced by the sounds of his fathers Motown vinyl, paired with his older brother’s Chicago and Detroit house and techno cassettes. This nurtured a passionate love for music from an early age, with him citing Masters at Work as early impressers. After a teenage phase of instrument playing and production testing, it was the coming of age club culture that really opened Cristoph’s eyes to the desire of a DJ career.
And what a career so far it has been and he continues to grow from strength to strength.
Recent bookings in Ibiza, across Europe and tours in India, Australia and Asia have really spread the word about Cristoph, paired with quality releases. This includes many chartings on the tech house, deep house and techno beatport charts.
Cristoph tracks have now been played to audiences worldwide, with support from the likes of Hot Since 82, Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola, Nic Fanciulli, Joseph Capriati, Jamie Jones, Richy Ahmed, Nicole Moudaber, Groove Armada, Joris Voorn and Kaiserdisco
Radio 1 have also taken notice, as Cristoph was selected as a Pete Tong ‘Future Star’.
It seems like Cristoph is the name on everyone’s lips right now, touting him as the next big thing.
