As part of the official Transmediale + CTM Vorspiel 2016, Cashmere Radio teams up with Marmo Music Agency to showcase the work of the artist collective and label WO_LAND.
Where is the point of coincidence between primal rituals seeking transcendence through repetitive grooves and abstract excursions into sidereal sonic territories? WO_LAND collective from the northwest italian coast and local Cashmere Radio affiliates will venture into the twilight zone to find out.
Through the freeform electroacoustic jams of Tru West and Raccoglimento Parziale, through the futuristic beat-driven explorations of Mass Prod, through the organic android funk of Modus and through the cosmic sonic textures and fabrics of Cashmere selectors, an evening of arcane aural travels and pulsating groove infusions, from the roots of the earth to the depths of the universe.
