We invite you to come and boogie at our first ever 😍😍 VALENTINES DISCO 😍😍 on Saturday 13th February at the Prince of Wales in Brixton! Considering Funk, Soul and Disco’s never ending ties with love, passion, energy and romance, and the Prince of Wales intimate dance floor and groovy roof terraces, we thought it would be the perfect hot spot for some proper disco debauchery!!
We’re keeping it cheap and cheerful and taking it back to basics with a stripped back intimate dance floor, an amazing sound system, a huge disco ball, a few red lamps, a crowd that love to dance and some of our favourite DJ’s and good friends. To headline the occasion we are getting two tried and tested, previous guests in The Revenge and The Reflex. Both of whom, will be spinning some of the finest and rarest Funk, Soul, Disco & Boogie both old and new for you to dance the night away and maybe, if you’re lucky, find a valentine.. Joining them in the house party themed Room 2 will be a host of our favourite DJ’s and oldest friends.

The Revenge aka Graeme Clark is one of the UK's finest selectors with over 15 years experience in the dance. His forward thinking productions and versatility as a DJ have ensured him a place as one of the leading names in dance music over recent years demonstrated by his huge following on Soundcloud and Facebook. He is globally renowned for producing some of the finest Edits and underground House productions. So much so, that after hearing his edit of their No.1 'Lost in Music', SISTER SLEDGE had to work with him. Together they produced the damn groovy 'Stay a While' - released in March 2015. Definitely not a producer to rest on any success, Graeme has gone on to forge several aliases and collaborative projects for his prolific production and creative needs. As 6th Borough Project, alongside veteran Edinburgh DJ Craig Smith, the partnership turned out two stunning full length albums for the respected UK label Delusions Of Grandeur, providing a platform for their in demand DJ performances and a nomination for Scottish Album Of The Year. Although, slightly better known for his Edits and House Productions, he is still considered one of the finest Funk, Soul & Disco selectors out there. His sound is perfectly constructed, soulful, groovy and damn sexy. The perfect man to head the occasion, a man who we've admired since we started out, a man who will make you dance all night long.

The Reflex (Basic Fingers / Re√isions / Z Records)
The Reflex breathes new life into classic soul, disco and pop tracks, extracting the killer grooves into ultra-tight edits for the next clubbing generation. Expect unreleased edits and choice cuts ranging from soul, disco-funk, house and timeless pop all rolled into one. The Reflex has been one of the driving forces in the Disco Edit's scene over the last few years and is now a staple name and one of the biggest fish in the global scene. His edit's have caught the attention of a massive and wide range of DJ’s around the world including Dimitri From Paris, Mousse T, Gilles Peterson, Ashley Beedle, Kon, Danny Krivit, Greg Wilson, Horse Meat Disco, Nightmares On Wax, Bill Brewster + his edit's have become an almost weekly staple on BBC6 music number one show The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show. He has had three releases on GAMM topping the overall Juno charts, and releases on the pioneering edit label Moton, releases on Kat, Lumberjacks In Hell and Hands Of Time Gold.
