Ol' Anthony and I met shortly after I moved here, and the introduction given, in tandem, to both he and I from Derek Plaslaiko was "you two guys both fucking kick ass and like good music...so shake hands." From that point on, him and I have digressed quality music, bitched and moaned about trends, and shared the decks of a few occasions, all times ending with huge smiles and lots of good memories.
It's with great pleasure that I invited the big guy to come to and play my monthly. I know the guy has some of the sickest records around, and I know he'll fit the aesthetic of my night probably better than even myself.
