Ninja Tune are pleased to announce the lineup for a label-sponsored show at Brooklyn’s Good Room on Saturday, March 26. Norfolk-bred electronica wunderkid Nathan Fake, lauded for his daring mish-mash of sparkling melody and club-ready weight, returns to New York for the first time since 2013 and is sure to have new tricks for the occasion. More dancefloor-movers on the night include Detroit’s Jay Daniel, recently picked up by Kyle Hall and Theo Parrish for Wild Oats and Sound Signature singles as well as label boss of Watusi High in his own right; and local legend Honey Dijon, whose vinyl-preferred eclecticism has earned her worldwide DJ acclaim. Less classically clubby but no less inspired, The Range (whose full-length for Domino lands a day before the show) presents his live show alongside a DJ set from Jim-E Stack, whose chameleonic forays into playful electronica haven’t lost their charm since his 2014 Innovative Leisure debut. Rounding out the bill is Tokyo house legend Chida, famed for his flawless marathon DJ sets which will be pared down to “just” four hours in the Bad Room (but no less groovy for it).
Advance tickets for the event are available via Resident Advisor and Ticketfly with a limited number of $12 early birds, $15 thereafter.
See you on the dancefloor.
