Mister Saturday Nightが待望の初来日ツアー!
Mister Saturday Nightはニューヨークで2008年から始動し、この激戦区で支持を広げてきたパーティーだ。アイルランド出身のEamon Harkinとノースカロライナ出身のJustin Carterの邂逅によって生まれた手作りイベントは、伝統に風穴を開けるオルタナティブな感性でコアなクラウドを獲得し、新たなスタンダードを築いている。その二人が揃って初来日。しかも彼らの運営する同名レーベルからのリリースでデビューし、一気に注目を集めた岡山の新星Keita Sanoが共に出演。さらに東京でディスコ・ダブの次世代を牽引するDJ／プロデューサー・デュオMonkey Timersも加わり、セカンド・ルームにも東京及び近郊のシーンで独自の活躍を続けるDJたちが集結。日米の立役者たちが2010年代のディスコ／ハウスの楽しみ方を提示する。
Mister Saturday Night’s first Japan tour!
Mister Saturday Night is a New York based party operating from 2008 and gained growing reputation in an extremely competitive scene. It all started when an Ireland native Eamon Harkin and a North Carolina native met in this metropolis. The duo that brought back the DIY spirit and blew fresh air into the city’s house music tradition is finally making their debut tour in Japan. Keita Sano, a rising star hailing from Okayama city who made his debut on the duo’s record imprint in 2014 is set to share the roster. Additionally, Tokyo’s own Monkey Timers, a DJ/ producer duo, will join the night to present the current wave of disco and house sounds.
