One time Dupstep icon turned purveyor of upfront House/Techno and a true party starter, SKREAM returns to Belfast to headline the Shine 21st Birthday this Hallow'een weekend, Saturday 29th October! His last trip to Belfast saw him sell out The Limelight in advance alongside Jimmy Edgar, with this visit likely to be another full house!
Joining him in the main room is producer, DJ and the boss of Hot Flush, SCUBA. A regular at every top list Techno institution across the globe such Cocoon Ibiza and Fabric, Scuba is another man of reinvention. Scuba’s crossed many underground genres over the years evolving into one of Europe’s most influential and durable figures in dance music. Alongside his acclaimed SUB:STANCE parties at Berghain and a relentless touring schedule, his position has been further cemented via plentiful releases on imprints such as Aus and his own label Hotflush.
In room 2, making his debut for Shine, is German big room House don BUTCH. With an ear for addictive grooves and mammoth breakdowns, the veteran artist has been a go-to for DJs on the festival circuit for years - Sven Väth, Ricardo Villalobos and Seth Troxler are just a few of the top-tier DJs who take Butch tracks with them to every gig. With an arsenal of modern classics under his belt, his set in the Bunatee is sure to raise the roof.
As ever, the rest of the lineup comes stacked with the best local talent supporting across three rooms. Psycatron returns to the Mandela Hall for the first time since NYE to support Skream & Scuba, Jordan and Eddy Kennedy take up room 2 with Butch, while Schmutz and Red Steve hold it down in the Bar Sub.
