H.O.M.E is proud to present for opening event one of the uprising talents in french minimalistic house scene....Varhat
French producer has been creating music for many years and has become illustrious in recent times due to his painstaking dedication to crafting sound. He built up a very technical skill set and incorporating modulars and various analogue systems enables him to experiment and generate new ideas at will. His love for the music doesn't end in the studio and time away from this space often means time spent avidly digging for records. This passion eventually spawned another path for Varhat as he now co-owns a record store Yoyaku, in Paris. In amongst this, he launched several projects and record labels such as AKU. He is an integral part of every release on his labels and supervises in the direction of the work. He overseas the process and is able to refine a release being a strong sound engineer and his mastering skills complete each cut to specification.
Alongside Varhat we're hosting some promising DJ's on the Slovenian scene in the form of D.R.M., Uno Taman, Marin and Limc. D.R.M. is a moniker of Abakabeat, owner of H.O.M.E record shop under which he plays more deep, soulfull house
sounds. Also we invited a good friend Uno Taman from Innocent Music crew, also a sworn vinyl-only DJ and regular at Innocent Music events which are regulary held in the capitol Ljubljana. We also invited two DJ’s from freshly molded crew Just Us. Marin is already a regular in Slovenian dance scene and already has some mileage behind the decks where Limc is some of a newcomer but all of them have a great sense of music and excellent digging abilities so this should be a nice season starter for H.O.M.E…
