Stefan Goldmann has produced a string of "tracks of the year"- earning club hits throughout the last decade, with stints at Perlon, Cocoon and others before founding Macro with Finn Johannsen (Hardwax), a label has been called “the leading avant-garde Techno label”.Releasing for labels such as Perlon, Classic, Ovum, Cocoon and Innervisions.
A special relationship has formed between Stefan Goldmann and Berlin’s Berghain club since his debut at Panorama Bar in 2006. He conceived the Elektroakustischer Salon nights, opening up the club to experimental formats, and writes a column for its regular program flyers. He is also the co-author of Berghain’s 2015 book,“Art In The Club”and his own book“Presets”was published in 2015.
