Ingen is a producer and live act from Scotland UK.
Ingen's live sets are an exciting mix of improvised hardware jams, mixed with field recordings and full productions. His style and sound range from complex poly-rhythms and soundscapes, crossing over to the darker side of techno.
His shows have taken him all over the world playing alongside such names as Derreck May, The Advent, Whitehouse, and Surgeon.
Digital and vinyl releases include output from labels, PLS.UK, DSR, Duality, Combat, Darkfloor, Noodles, and Variance.
Other collaborative productions and remixes include work with artists such as, Paul Mac, Kamikaze Space Programme, Myler, Si Begg and Boris Noiz (ONtal)
A regular visitor to Japan, the past three years have seen him play Dommune and Unit Tokyo.
Scenedrone:
Hailing from Waterford, Scenedrone has developed quite a reputation in the Irish techno scene over the past 4 years. Starting producing as Luke Creed (his real name) at the young age of 17, he has made a name for himself not only as A DJ, but also as an outstanding producer, leading to him to his current Industrial techno sound. Scenedrones DJ sets and productions have a distinctly dark and industrial yet experimental sound, that will be sure to keep the dance-floor moving.
As well as playing many gigs on a national level, Scenedrone has played many gigs overseas, such as Intercell in Amsterdam last November, sharing the stage alongside techno heavyweights Ansome and Plukkk, and a great gig with the renowned Keepsakes in Leuven, Belgium.
Scenedrone is also the owner and founder of the famous record label "Variance", where he has signed many great artists such as Keepsakes, Paul Birken, Scalameriya, Mael, Ansome, Vlaysin, Interferon, Ingen, Mickey Nox, Johan Platt, Kamikaze Space Programme, Swarm Intelligence and OLVR/KCRA to name a few! Scenedrone also has releases on Acroplane, Obscuur. B55 and more. 2017 for Variance will elevate it to a level not seen before, and like earlier releases on the label, you can guarantee it will deliver powerful techno experimentation, of all styles but Industrial leaning. The label can be seen as an extension of Scenedrones own unique sound he has developed over the last 10 years.
1 year ago he also started the label Variant Electronic to promote younger up and coming artists, also it was a great success, introducing, BR1002 and RVDE on the 001, and other immense acts like Clasps and C-System. Mr. Creed will continue to grow his brands, and recently teamed with Alan Byrne to help with the running of the new club night "Operator". A busy 2017 ahead for Scenedrone.
