One of Drum & Bass, and indeed Electronic Music's true visionaries, Marcus continues to set the pace and champion new artists wherever he travels. Both as an artist and a DJ, Marcus Intalex represents the forefront of soulful, musical drum & bass. Marcus's DJ sets have earned him a reputation as a tastemaker, not afraid to test crowds with a fresh high quality selection from across the spectrum of drum & bass.
As SUN AND BASS curator and Soul:r label boss, Marcus is a true pioneer of the Drum & Bass scene. He has had releases on Metalheadz, Exit Records, Ill Skillz, Blindside and his own Soul:r and Revolve:r imprints. He started Soul:r back in 2001 featuring artists such as Calibre, DJ Marky, Nu:Tone, High Contrast, DBridge, Klute, Break, Lynx, Icicle, Alex Perez, Lenzman, S.P.Y, Dub Phizix, Phil Tangent, Chimpo, Skeptical, Seba and MC DRS but to name a few!
