On Friday the 19th of May, White Noise Music is bringing three of the most prominent Melbourne-based electronic performers to the main room at New Guernica.
First up, we’re featuring none other than the queen of house and disco herself… Sunshine (Team Sunshine Productions).
Next, a solid favourite here and internationally, and two of the most awesome human beings we know… DJ / Producer brothers, Thankyou City [LIVE] (Open Records).
Finally, the King of bush-techno, instrumental in the success of so many of our much-loved Victorian festivals… Muska (Organic Audio).
From 10PM across the main floor and in the Techno Kitchen, we’re also hosting a huge local lineup including… Luke Lawrence, Stevie Strafford, SFBM, Mha Iri, Audio Bits and the brothers formerly known as Sarantis, Hyper Binary!

Melbourne DJ Sunshine say's her sets are all about "fun". Earning her stripes in a myriad of different spaces around town, she’s created a sound that is truly her own. What gives her the edge is sheer versatility – you’re just as likely to hear bleeding-edge techno alongside tech house, house and disco all in the space of one beer. Hapno is the sound and it sure ain’t coming from anyone else.
With a residency at Revolver Upstairs, a regular at POOF DOOF and success from her recent self-curated Midnight Mass live party, Sunshine's performance will be something to behold!

Thankyou City, This sibling duo have formed an impressive trademark sound in the heart of their beloved hometown Melbourne, Australia. This sound has given them the opportunity to shine on the international dance circuit alongside many of their favourite artists and producers, experiences they are both enthusiastically grateful for. Being grateful is their manta, "The name Thankyou City portrays exactly that, to be grateful for whatever your reason, purpose, situation or experiences are, and thats pretty much what it means for us" they happily confess.
Thankyou City's unique sound has been described as minimal in all the right places and maximal in all the others, comprising an honest emotive undercurrent while always being injected with a healthy amount of wonk.

From a very young age music was a big part of Michael Muska's life journey. Be it piano recitals or school performances, he was often encouraged towards music, however never pursuing it until the age of 18, when he first discovered his passion for electronic music.
Since then Muska has been producing but it was never with the intention of being a touring artist. Instead the art form was a personal meditation away from the chaos of the world, where he could sit, express and get excited within the seclusion of his studio, and take pleasure in the simple art form that is creating music.
Muska is fresh from performances at Babylon Festival and Rabbits Eat Lettuce, so be ready for solid vibes and his unique flavour of twisted house and techno.
