On Thursday 18th May Rebel Yell Bourbon Whisky will be presenting the first episode in their Band of Rebels series, exploring music scenes across the country that are pushing boundaries and challenging the norm.
The first Band of Rebels will focus on world music purveyors, hosting a mix of artists that are pioneering tribal sounds from across the globe and fusing them into modern electronic music.
Leading our rebels will be Auntie Flo - A pioneer in the world/electronic music scene alongside the likes of Four Tet, Daphni & Romare. One of the most truly original production talents of recent times, Auntie Flo offers a gateway to lesser-known strands of music that need exploring.
Supporting him will be one of the finest selectors London has to offer, Thris Tian, who has built a reputation as a passionate and exciting DJ with an extensive knowledge of underground sounds. Warming up the night will be our resident Keisuke, an extremely talented up and coming artists that pursues an eclectic mix of vibes from techno to jazz.
Rebel Yell will be delivering distinct flavours to the bar, serving up specially created whiskey cocktails all night long.
