The CANNES MUSIC SUMMIT (“CMS”) returns for its second consecutive year from 6th to the 8th June at the exclusive L’Annex Beach club, on the Croisette in front of the Carlton Hotel on the beautiful Côte d'Azur. CMS is a unique festival with a selected line up; three days of music, showcases and fun, where the best bands and brands will interact with international DJ’s and artists.
During the three day festival the “CANNES MUSIC AWARD”, presented by the jewellery brand BERG, will be presented to the best label or music publisher. This contest is organised by the Milan based company DELIGHTS ENTERTAINMENT, the promoter of three other important events - MUSIC SUMMIT ST MORITZ, EMERALD MUSIC SUMMIT and DUBROVNIK WAVE.
CANNES MUSIC SUMMIT will take place during MIDEM 2017, the international music conference and will be supported by 70 years of Cannes exhibitions.
On the opening night (June 6th) artists such as VICTOR PEREZ and VINCENTE FERRER from BACCANALI IBIZA will be performing alongside the Queen of New York’s House Music scene BARBARA TUCKER – bringing the party lifestyle with her, along with JORDAN BROWN E GEO FROM HELL from Sony and ALESSANDRO KRAUS.
On the second and UK-centric evening (June 7th) DJ JOEL XAVIER from UK club night “Never Mind The Balearics” performs ahead of DJ LOVRA from MINISTRY OF SOUND, the London based and internationally renowned Music and Clubbing brand. There is also a special appearance guest DJ set from TRAX RECORDS - SCREAMIN’ RACHAEL- during the invite only SUPREME SONGS party earlier the same evening.
On the third and final evening (June 8th) vocalist ADA REINA, who with her last songs "Voy Jumping" and "Chocolate Y Miel" has won the top selling charts, the TOP 100 Earone overall (Airplay) and the TOP 100 Shazam Italia Overall; ANCA POP and the Cosmic Cocktail Show, NDPC (Sony/Danceandlove) from their International Hit “Daylight”; DJ TOKA and KIM CAMERON with their perfect mix of house ,deep house and chill music.
