Decibel is a new collective which launched in Sheffield with a sellout first event in March. Somehow we're on to event 003 already so we're bringing you something big for freshers week! We'll be showcasing everything underground, from deep house to techno at this warehouse rave.

The technical minds behind GAIST have been honing their craft and refining their skills in an unforgiving industry for over a decade. United by a passion for driving rhythms behind the darkest techno, the pair have already taken their inimitable sound across the globe and in the process have caught the attention of some of the scene’s biggest and most revered names.
Wasting no time since their inception in late 2014, GAIST can already count the likes of Richie Hawtin, Joseph Capriati, Thomas Schumacher, Pan-Pot, Pig & Dan and the legendary Carl Cox as supporters of their heavy hitting productions and DJ sets.
Their most recent release 'Mind' out on Pig & Dans ELEVATE reached the no.10 spot in the Beatport Techno Top 100 Releases Chart alongside Adam Beyer & Pleasurekraft. Their Music has featured on BBC Radio 1's Essential Mix numerous times and their weekly Kontakt Radio Show is always packed full of fresh new cuts.
With sets powered by Richie Hawtins PLAYdifferently Model1 GAIST infuse technology & raw energy to sculpt frequencies like no other techno act around! Being one of the very few selected to receive one of the 1st mixers Richie produced has allowed the guys to develop their sets into something truly different.
