What was your highlight at this year's WMC?
Without a doubt it was our "Get Some" party at BED. We, the 112 Crew, have been drooling at the prospect of playing that room. It's definitely the type of venue we feel most comfortable in and were extremely grateful for the opportunity. The night turned out to be better than expected. Musically, we were able to showcase what we have been doing at Arc. It was great to see so many familiar faces that support us here in New York as well as a lot of other friends and new comers who had yet to hear us live. It was a great party and one that we look forward to doing annually in Miami.

The most inform DJ/Live act at the conference was...
The best DJ act for me was Jeff Mills at BED on Sunday night. Absolutely relentless! I'd like to say it was a legendary set but I don't like tossing that word around. It definitely ranks up there with one of the best I've ever heard.

Which WMC party did you enjoy most?
We hit up the afterhours at Joia on Sunday morning that was hot! I had been to the restaurant for dinner but had no idea what they had hidden upstairs! The room was really dope. Great layout, tight sound and awesome vibe. I was really impressed with place. Musically, it was Joel Stadenco, Bredan Benke, and John Dill from NY who were throwing down a great mix of house and techier stuff that just went over really well.

I also enjoyed hearing my boy's, the Dirty Gringo's and Astro&Glyde, at the Creek Hotel on Sunday for Plexi. The system was a bit crappy but the party was cool and musically, Dennis, Hisham, and Brendan, kept it funky and fun all day. Then Gaby and James took it into the night and rocked out. A good NY contingent representing. Great day.

Hottest tune from the Conference?
Hisham Samawi's new nugget "Holding On". Absolutely wicked!

Been rocking it at Arc for the past couple of months and I couldn't wait to drop it in Miami. It's total 6am heady music with a crazy Celtic vocal and filthy bassline. Sent the BED-heads through the roof on Tuesday night!
I'm pretty sure it will be Hish's first release on his new label Native Theory, so keep an eye out for that.

Also, the new John Tejada remix of Random Factor seemed to be getting canned alot down there. Another brilliant track.

Funniest experience in Miami this year?
Lee Burridge and his lovely girlfriend Camille gave me a beautiful pair of silver thong underwear that I wore around a few nights. That was pretty funny, though it quickly got scary. Mostly all the funny incidents usually occur during afterhours. So that means they can't be spoken about or I just can't remember. But we had a blast and lots of funny sh*t went down.

Who were you most surprised by?
Me! How good I looked in silver thong underwear.

How quickly the conference flew by (it happens every year and I still can't get use to it)

How cold it got at night!!! I'm not sure about this early March date. It got nippy at night!

Armin Van Buuren showing up to our party at BED?!? (in all fairness I think he was there for dinner and honestly had no clue who the hell was spinning... but he was there and I'd like to think he was taking notes ;)

How hardcore Little Mike became overnight!! Boy was rocking out and standing tall to talk (mumble) about it. The Casa boys had missed last conference due to a nasty snowstorm in Denver, so they were on doubletime partying this year. Mike showed up and threw down and I am proud to call him my friend. Plus he played a wicked set with Sense and Wyatt Earp at the Marlin on Saturday night!

You ended your time in Miami by...
Eating a proper meal for the first time all week and getting some sun and pool-time. Would have loved to extended it for another few days cus it's cold, wet, and snowing here in New York right now!!
