The Munich-based label QEONE, founded by Polygonia, stands for exceptional sound design, infectious grooves and a synaesthetic connection to nature. The genre boundaries of the label’s catalogue are blurred, as broken and four to the floor beats in all kinds of BPMs and moods are included. Artists such as Vardae, Dycide, Kangding Ray, Primal Code, Zara, Amantra and more already presented their unique approach to music in the label’s catalogue.
QEONE is all about exploring the limits of sound sculpting, especially with its Various Artists series ‘GLYPHS’ in which the artists translate a particular material into music. Also the open call Various Artists series ‘LANDSCAPES’ goes into a similar direction - emerging talents can showcase their sound design skills within this concept.
Next to the releases, QEONE features Guest Mixes in its ‘Herbarium’ mix series.
To show how this particular sound language works on the dancer, the label also organises events in various cities around Europe. International artists as Kangding Ray, Forest Drive West, Woody92, Konduku and more already played some intriguing sets for this purpose.
The visual design of the label also plays a major role - all works are created by the label owner Lindsey Wang aka Polygonia
