- The self-proclaimed "collage expression" is out in October.
Smalltown Supersound is releasing Yoshinori Hayashi's first LP on October 26th.
The Japanese artist played every instrument and sound on Ambivalence himself. The label says the album has a "freeform nature... [with a] cosmic, hypnotic and almost ritualistic approach." The vinyl version features two tracks, "Double" and "Chironex," which do not appear on the digital release.
Ambivalence follows a string of EPs for labels like Disco Halal, Going Good, Lovers Rock and Jheri Tracks.
Listen to "Bit Of Garden."
Listen to Hayashi's RA Podcast from back in June.
