  • John Tejada is releasing a new album. Live Rytm Trax was recorded live in Kenny Larkin's studio with no overdubs, edits or computer. Due out November 30th via Tejada's own Palette Recordings, the ten-track LP is inspired by the spontaneity of his live sets and was recorded with a small hardware-based setup through an API mixing desk. Live Rytm Trax follows recent efforts for Kompakt and a collaboration with Reggie Watts, and adds to a sizeable discography of albums and EPs that the prolific Los Angeles-based artist has been building since the mid-'90s. Listen to "Reminisce," and read the first-ever Machine Love feature with Tejada.
