  • Michael and Emily Eavis, the organisers of Glastonbury, will release a book celebrating their festival's 50th anniversary. Glastonbury 50, released on hardback, will be available from October 31st. Along with stories from Michael and Emily, the book features contributions from high-profile artists like Adele, JAY-Z, Dolly Parton, Noel Gallagher and Lars Ulrich. There are also hundreds of photos stretching back to Glastonbury's first edition in 1970. "With our 50th anniversary fast approaching, we felt now was the time to put all of our memories and stories together in one place," Emily said. "I hope people who've been over the years will be able to reminisce and get a flavour of the rich history of Glastonbury through five amazing decades." Glastonbury 50 will retail for £30.
