Moon Habour has churned out these Latin-flavoured bombs for years, but few have been as catchy as Dennis Cruz's latest track, "El Sueño." Pairing a rumbling low-end with a gentle beat laced with hand drums, the instrumental is a straightforward roller that wouldn't get much attention on its own. But those vocals, supplied by the veteran Colombian singer Martina Camargo, turn it into a smash. Camargo's rhythmic singing is given plenty of space by Cruz's low-key beat, which gives way to silence during the clever central breakdown. Don't be surprised if it becomes the tech house tune of the summer.
